The reported wind gusts were for Wednesday October 14 2020. Most notable is the very high wind bulls eye to the east of Afton.  This is based on a report of 110 mph on the top of Mt Coffin in the Wyoming range around 2am Wednesday morning. Undoubtedly many other peaks in the surrounding ranges had winds peaking almost as strong, but Mt Coffin at almost 11,000 feet has the only recording anemometer.
