For comparison purposes in Star Valley the following precipitation and snowfall were observed  for the period from October 1 2013-February 28 2014

7 SE Smoot           precipitation 13.52 inches including 158 inches of snow

Star Valley Ranch   precipitation 14.78 inches including 157 inches of snow

1 SE  Thayne         precipitation 12.71 inches including about 126 inches of snow
