* WIND AND VISIBILITY...ABOVE 8000 FEET...WEST TO SOUTHWEST
  WINDS 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS 40 TO 50 MPH WILL COMBINE WITH
  THE SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN 1/4 MILE AT TIMES.
