...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM MST
FRIDAY...

* TIMING...SNOW CONTINUING ACROSS THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS AND
  VALLEYS THIS AFTERNOON...CONTINUING INTO TONIGHT. THE HEAVIEST
  SNOW IS EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING.

* MAIN IMPACT...3 TO 6 INCHES IN THE VALLEYS...6 TO 12 INCHES IN
  THE MOUNTAINS...WITH PREFERRED HIGHER ELEVATIONS WITH EXPOSURE
  TO THE WEST OR SOUTHWEST RECEIVING UP TO 14 INCHES BY FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...AREAS OF SOUTHWEST WIND 15 TO 30 MPH THIS
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH BLOWING SNOW LIMITING VISIBILITY TO
  UNDER ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* OTHER IMPACTS...OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOW...IN ADDITION TO BLOWING
  AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL IMPACT TRAVEL OVER MOUNTAIN PASSES...AND
  HIGHWAYS ACROSS THE JACKSON HOLE AND STAR VALLEYS. THOSE WITH
  OUTDOOR INTERESTS SHOULD ALSO PREPARE FOR WINTER WEATHER
  CONDITIONS.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS THAT
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND
BLOWING SNOW. USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN
AREAS.
