...PERIODS OF SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL EXPECTED FOR THE WESTERN
WYOMING MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS THIS WEEKEND...

.Northwest flow aloft and and a few embedded disturbances moving
through this flow will make for an extended period of light to
moderate snowfall. Areas of very light snowfall this afternoon
will be replaced once again with areas of moderate to locally
heavy snowfall later this evening, continuing through the
overnight period before tapering off some Saturday morning.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery or snow packed road
  conditions, including during the morning commute Saturday.
  Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with localized
  amounts up to 6 inches, are expected.

* WHEN...5 AM Friday to 5 AM Saturday.
