Sunrise over  Bedford on a brisk August morning

Although  it  did not drop to quite as low as on Wednesday the 24th, this morning sub freezing temperatures were once again experienced in many of the valleys of Western Wyoming and adjacent Idaho.

Bondurant took honors with a 21 F but in Star Valley upper 20s  to near 30 were once again observed in coldest locations near the Salt River.  Slightly higher valley locations such as Star Valley Ranch have yet to drop below freezing this month, thus the growing season continues!
