.A STRONG WEST FLOW OFF OF THE PACIFIC WILL DRAW ABUNDANT PACIFIC
MOISTURE INTO WESTERN WYOMING THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY
MORNING WHICH IS EXPECTED TO RESULT IN ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT
SNOWFALL FOR WESTERN WYOMING ALONG WITH STRONG WINDS PRODUCING
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ON THE MOUNTAIN PASSES.

THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* TIMING...SNOW WILL LIKELY BEGIN BY LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
  SNOWFALL WILL BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES THURSDAY NIGHT AND WILL
  LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. THERE WILL LIKELY BE
  ONE FINAL BURST OF SNOWFALL AROUND MID DAY SATURDAY. SNOWFALL
  WILL DECREASE TO SNOW SHOWERS SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* TOTAL SNOWFALL...8 TO 15 INCHES IN THE STAR VALLEY POSSIBLE
  ALONG WITH 15 TO 25 INCHES POSSIBLE IN THE SALT AND WYOMING
  RANGES.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...WEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
  45 MPH WILL RESULT IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ALONG WITH
  LOWERED VISIBILITY DOWN TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES ON
  SALT RIVER PASS.

* IMPACTS...ROADS MAY BECOME SLICK AND SNOW PACKED WITH LIMITED
  VISIBILITY AT TIMES... ESPECIALLY OVER THE SALT RIVER PASS.
  PEOPLE PLANNING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR
  ADVERSE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS AND TAKE THE PROPER
