...Accelerated low elevation snowmelt Friday through Sunday due
warmer temperatures and possible rain on snowmelt...

Afternoon temperatures across Jackson Hole and Star Valley are
forecasted to warm into into the upper 40s to lower 50s Friday
and Saturday.  Rain is also expected Saturday, before turning
to mostly snow by Saturday night.

Snowmelt below 7,000 feet is expected to accelerate Friday afternoon
through early Sunday morning.  Low lying areas may become inundated
with the noticeable increase in snowmelt runoff.

People living in known flood prone areas should take extra precautions
to mitigate problems with the increased low elevation snowmelt.
