Once again today a Red Flag Warning has been issued for Western Wyoming including Lincoln County and Star Valley for this afternoon and evening.  The following  aerial photo was taken Sunday afternoon looking southeast across Star Valley with Star Valley Ranch in the foreground of the Martin Fire located in the Grey’s River area.

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 PM MDT THIS
EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM MDT this
evening.

* IMPACTS: Low Humidities and Strong Gusty Winds will create
  erratic fire behavior and new fire starts.

* AFFECTED AREA:
  In West Central WY...Fire Weather Zones 278...414 and 416.

* COUNTIES AFFECTED:
  In Central WY...Fremont.
  In Southwest WY...Sweetwater.
  In West Central WY...Lincoln...Sublette.

* WIND: Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are
either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of strong
winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
