
Winter Storm Watch this Weekend Western Wyoming
A storm system in the Gulf of Alaska Friday evening will move rapidly southeast into the Northwestern U.S. over the weekend. Star Valley will be impacted beginning late Saturday, continuing through Sunday.
The following is the 50 percent probability of snowfall expected to reach or exceed the displayed depth over the next 3 days.


The system analyzed on the afternoon 500 mb chart moving through the Gulf Of Alaska can be seen on the following animated water vapor imagery from Friday.
By Monday evening this system will have moved strongly southeastward into Wyoming and Montana
