expected to spread from west-to-east Friday night. Moderate to
heavy snow is likely in many areas from Friday evening until early
Saturday morning. Wind speeds will increase early Saturday morning
and persist through at least midday Saturday, especially in
Johnson County where a blizzard warning is in effect.
