Heavy showers and thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon/evening tracked across the lower Salt River Valley from the Narrows north to Alpine. Over an inch was measured in the vicinity of Nordic Ranch.  The Pocatello Doppler radar storm total product for  the day clearing shows wh0 did and who did not get a good rain.

 

 

 

 

The light blue is a half inch or more, green is an inch or more and the purple north and west of Alpine is in excess of 1.50 inch.

Gusty winds accompanied the thunderstorms. Peak gust were 46mph at Star Valley Ranch and 42 mph at Thayne Elementary
