IMPACTS: For anyonetraveling, expect snow and wind to create slick roads and difficult driving conditions at times, especially along Interstate 80 east of Green River and along Interstates 25 and 90 from the Montana border through Casper. Mountain passes will also be affected, especially South Pass, Granite Pass, Powder River Pass, and through Wind River Canyon. Those with outdoor interests should also be prepared for continued cold, wet, and windy conditions. The low wind chills, gusty winds, and cold, wet conditions will also have an impact on newborn livestock through Wednesday Morning, especially in the low elevations of the Bighorn Basin and Wind River Basin with most areas dropping well below zero tonight.
